This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information about you when you visit AiLaunchDesk.com or use our services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly:
- Account information: name, email address, password (hashed) — created automatically when you complete payment.
- Billing information: processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full credit card numbers. We retain billing address, last 4 digits of card, payment status, subscription status, and invoice history as needed to operate the Service.
- Profile information: any optional details you add to your community profile (display name, avatar, bio).
- User Content: comments, messages, support requests, or anything else you submit through the Service.
Information collected automatically:
- Usage data: pages visited, time spent on the Service, courses and lessons accessed, quiz results, lesson completion status.
- Device and connection information: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL.
- Cookies and similar technologies: authentication cookies (essential), preference cookies, and analytics cookies. See Section 5 for details.
Information from third parties:
- Stripe: payment status, subscription events, billing changes.
- Email engagement: open and click data via our email service provider (FluentCRM).
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Service (including creating your account, granting course access, processing payments, and delivering content).
- Communicate with you (transactional emails, course updates, billing notices, support replies).
- Send marketing emails about new lessons or features (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- Improve the Service (analyzing usage patterns, identifying issues, designing new content).
- Detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, or violations of our Terms.

3. How We Share Information
We share information only as described below. We do not sell personal information.
- With service providers who help us operate the Service:
- Stripe, Inc. — payment processing and subscription billing
- SureCart and SureMembers — checkout and membership management
- Hostinger — web hosting infrastructure
- FluentCRM — email delivery and engagement tracking (self-hosted within our WordPress installation)
- BuddyBoss / BuddyPress — community functionality (self-hosted within our WordPress installation)
- LearnDash — course delivery (self-hosted within our WordPress installation)
- For legal reasons — if required by law, subpoena, or court order, or if we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
- In connection with a business transaction — if Halal Enterprise LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you by email before any such transfer.
We do not share your information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
You may request deletion of your account by emailing desk@ailaunchdesk.com. Deletion will remove your personal information from active systems, subject to legitimate retention needs (e.g., financial records that must be retained for tax purposes).

We use cookies for the following purposes:

We are based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer.
We rely on standard contractual clauses and appropriate safeguards for transfers from the EU/UK where required by applicable law.

These include encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, restricted administrative access, regular software updates, and routine backups.
No system is perfectly secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and you provide information at your own risk.
9. Children’s Privacy
The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn we have collected information from a child under 13, we will delete it. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact desk@ailaunchdesk.com.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and update the Effective Date at the top of this Policy. Continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
