Entity: Halal Enterprise LLC, a Texas limited liability company, doing business as AI Launch Desk (“AI Launch Desk,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
Service: AiLaunchDesk.com and all subdomains, applications, materials, and services we provide thereunder (the “Service”).
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, by purchasing a membership, or by creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a membership. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for adults using AI tools in professional or personal contexts and is not designed for users under 18.
3. Accounts
Accounts are created automatically upon successful payment for a membership. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at desk@ailaunchdesk.com immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You may not share your account credentials with anyone else. Each membership is for one person.
4. Membership and Subscription Terms
Membership. Membership grants you access to the courses, lessons, templates, community, and other content designated as members-only at the time of your active subscription.
Pricing. Membership is $99.00 USD per month, billed monthly by recurring subscription, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
Renewal. Your subscription automatically renews each billing period until you cancel. You authorize us (through our payment processor) to charge your chosen payment method for each renewal.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your customer dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You will retain access through the period you have paid for.
No refunds for partial periods. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of the current paid period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partially used periods.
Refund policy. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law, or in cases of provable billing error. If you believe you have been billed in error, contact desk@ailaunchdesk.com within 14 days.
Price changes. We may change membership pricing for future billing periods. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase by email. You may cancel before the price change takes effect.
5. Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize Stripe to charge your designated payment method on our behalf. We do not store full payment card details. Your billing relationship is with us; the payment processing relationship is with Stripe and is subject to Stripe’s own terms.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the Service. These fall into three categories:
Essential cookies are required for the Service to function. They handle authentication, session management, payment-checkout state, and security. Disabling these cookies will prevent you from logging in, completing checkout, or accessing member content. By using the Service, you consent to essential cookies.
Preference cookies remember your settings (display preferences, recently viewed content). These improve your experience but are not strictly necessary.
Analytics cookies help us understand how the Service is used in aggregate. They are anonymized where reasonably possible and used solely to improve the Service.
Third-party cookies may be set by integrated service providers including Stripe (payment processing), SureCart (commerce), and FluentCRM (email engagement tracking). Each of these third parties operates under its own privacy policies.
Your choices:
You may manage cookies through your browser settings (instructions vary by browser; consult your browser’s help documentation). Disabling essential cookies will break core functionality. We do not honor “Do Not Track” browser signals at this time, as no industry standard for compliance exists, but we minimize tracking to what is necessary for service operation.
For users in the EU, UK, and California: Where applicable law requires explicit consent for non-essential cookies (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, CPRA), we will present a cookie consent notice on your first visit and provide a mechanism to review or update your preferences at any time. Our use of cookies otherwise complies with these regulatory frameworks.
For complete details about what we collect via cookies and how it is used, see our Privacy Policy below.
7. License to Use Content
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and its content for your personal or professional use during the period of your active membership.
You may not:
- Share, copy, redistribute, resell, or relicense any course, lesson, template, video, or material.
- Use the Service to train any artificial intelligence model, except for your own personal experimentation that does not involve sharing model outputs externally.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from the Service.
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms.
All content, including curricula, lessons, scripts, videos, prompt templates, images, branding, and software, is owned by Halal Enterprise LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
8. Accessibility and Reasonable Accommodation
We are committed to making the Service accessible to people with disabilities. We design and develop the Service with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and applicable accessibility laws including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, the European Accessibility Act (EAA) where applicable, and similar state and international laws.
Our commitments:
- We design pages, courses, lessons, and member interfaces with accessibility in mind from the start.
- We use semantic HTML structure, descriptive alternative text on substantive images, sufficient color contrast, keyboard-navigable interfaces, and form fields with associated labels.
- We provide captions on instructional video content.
- We test against common assistive technologies including screen readers (VoiceOver, NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack) and keyboard-only navigation.
- We review accessibility periodically as we publish new content.
Reasonable accommodation:
If you have a disability and cannot access any feature of the Service, we will work with you to provide the content in an accessible format or accommodate your needs in another reasonable way. Contact us at desk@ailaunchdesk.com with the specific barrier you have encountered and the accommodation you need. We will respond within 5 business days and aim to provide accommodation within 10 business days of your request, depending on the nature of the request.
Acknowledgment of limitations:
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA, particularly user-generated community content and embedded third-party tools (e.g., AI tool demonstrations) outside our direct control. We are progressively improving accessibility across all content and welcome feedback that helps us identify gaps.
For our detailed approach, current measures, known limitations, and remediation processes, see our Accessibility Statement below.

9. User Content
If you submit content to the community, comments, support requests, or any other interactive feature (“User Content”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, store, display, reproduce, and distribute that User Content in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You represent that you own or have the right to grant this license for any User Content you submit. You are responsible for the lawfulness of your User Content.
We may remove User Content that we determine violates these Terms, applicable law, or is otherwise objectionable, in our reasonable discretion.
10. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to engage in unlawful activity.
- Harass, threaten, defame, or harm other users.
- Impersonate any person or entity.

11. AI-Generated Content Disclosure
Some content within the Service — including but not limited to instructional video avatars and voices — is generated using artificial intelligence tools. We disclose this clearly within affected content. AI-generated content reflects our editorial direction and curriculum design; the underlying generation tools do not produce content autonomously.
12. Third-Party Tools and Services
The Service may reference, recommend, integrate with, or link to third-party tools, products, or websites (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and others). We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, terms, privacy practices, or actions. Your use of any third-party tool is at your own risk and subject to that party’s own terms.
13. No Professional Advice
The Service provides general educational content about using AI tools. It does not constitute legal, medical, financial, accounting, engineering, tax, or other professional advice. Members in regulated professions (including the Medical, Legal, Finance, and Engineering tracks) are responsible for ensuring their use of AI tools complies with all applicable professional standards, laws, regulations, and ethical obligations of their professions.
You should consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on Service content.
14. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. We do not warrant any specific outcome from using AI tools, following our curriculum, or applying any technique taught in the Service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Halal Enterprise LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party’s rights; or (d) your User Content.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, third parties, or our business interests. Termination for cause does not entitle you to a refund.
You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and ceasing all use of the Service.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
18. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email and post the updated Terms at AiLaunchDesk.com with a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the Service after the Effective Date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

4. Accessibility Statement
Accessibility Statement
We aim to conform to Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our target standard.
Our Current Measures
We have taken the following measures to support accessibility:
- Use a high-contrast color palette (navy on white, logo orange for accent and CTAs) reviewed for WCAG AA color contrast.
- Provide descriptive alternative text on substantive images.
- Use semantic HTML elements for headings, lists, and structural navigation.
- Ensure forms have associated labels.
- Support keyboard navigation through interactive elements.
- Use a responsive design that adapts to mobile, tablet, and desktop screens.
- Use clear, plain language throughout the curriculum.
- Provide captions on video content (open captions burned into instructional videos).
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Known limitations include:
- Some user-generated community content (member posts, comments) may not include alternative text or other accessibility features. We encourage members to follow accessibility best practices when contributing.
- Some third-party embedded content (e.g., AI tool demonstrations or external links) is outside our direct control.
- We are progressively reviewing older content and updating accessibility features as the curriculum grows.
Alternative Formats
If you cannot access any part of the Service due to a disability, contact us and we will work to provide the content in an accessible format. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests within ten (10) business days.
Compatibility
The Service is designed to be compatible with:
- Recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge browsers
- Common screen readers (VoiceOver on macOS/iOS, NVDA on Windows, JAWS on Windows, TalkBack on Android)
- Keyboard-only navigation
If you experience any issue with assistive technology, contact us — we will investigate.
Ongoing Efforts
Accessibility is not a one-time milestone. We commit to:
- Including accessibility in the review of all new content before publication.
- Periodic accessibility audits of the Service.
- Training our team on accessibility best practices.
- Responding promptly to user feedback about accessibility issues.
